Jimmy asked us to "Keep the Party Going," and now, we’re on a mission to do just that by raising awareness of the critical need for blood donations among cancer patients. Blood donations are essential for helping those battling cancer so they can continue fighting and “Keep the Party Going”!
22 Years of Lifesaving Donations
For 22 years, the Parrot Heads came to Key West and left a lasting gift – the gift of life. In 17 of those years, the Parrot Heads held the largest blood drive in the Florida Keys, making a significant impact. Now, Trop Rock’N Duval is stepping up to bring us back to the top with the very first Trop Rock’N Duval Blood Drive!
Partnering with Margaritaville and OneBlood
We’re thrilled to announce that Margaritaville is joining the party, and we’ve been given permission to park the bloodmobiles right in front of their location on Duval Street (pending final approval from the City of Key West). Our longtime partner, OneBlood, will also be creating a one-of-a-kind exclusive shirt available only to those who donate. Let’s show them that we’re ready to make this event number one again!
Blood Drive Dates and Times
- Thursday, October 31st from 9 AM to 4 PM
- Friday, November 1st from 9 AM to 2 PM

Why Your Donation Matters
Did you know that 1 in 4 blood donations goes to patients fighting cancer? The fight is real, and blood donations are a vital part of their treatment. Whether you know someone currently fighting cancer, have lost someone, or simply want to make a difference, now is the time to act. Only 3% of eligible donors actually donate. Let’s change that! We can do better – let’s come together and make this first Trop Rock’N Duval Blood Drive a huge success!
