We’re calling on all music lovers to help us make Trop Rock'N Duval an unforgettable experience! Your support is essential to ensuring our artists have everything they need to bring you amazing live music. Just 1-2 hours of your time on any of these days will make a big difference. We appreciate your commitment to helping our talented musicians and making this event a success.

Why Volunteer? Volunteering is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and be part of the excitement. Plus, after your shift, you’ll receive a complimentary drink as a thank-you for your time. Your efforts directly support the artists, as 100% of donations collected go to the singer/songwriters and musicians.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Margaritaville

• Passport Table (Wed, Thurs or Fri): Assist guests by handing out passports and T-shirts. Shifts are between 1-5 PM, with overlapping 2 hour slots.

• Donations/Merch Table (Wed, Thurs, or Fri): Help manage the table and collect donations. Shifts are 1-5 PM with overlapping 2 hour slots.

Rams Head Southernmost

• 50/50 Raffles (Thurs, Fri, or Sat): Sell raffle tickets from 2-4 PM at Kelly McGuire’s Lighthouse Showcase. Each day requires a different volunteer or two each day, and the drawing occurs at 4 PM each day, winner must be present. Proceeds support the artists.

The Alamo

• Manage the Raflles (Wed, Thurs, Fri, or Sat): Help at the table from 12-6 PM. Shifts overlap every 2 hours. One person at the Merch table to help with the sale of the Artists merch and to sell raffle tickets. One person to manage the raffle basket room.

• Wed to help receive the Raffle items and organize the tables.

• Thurs to help sell tickets and manage new baskets coming in and manage the room itself

• Friday same as Thursday.

• Saturday, 11-1 PM same as Thurs and to help Dani Hoy pick the winners of the Raffle drawing.

• Then call or text all the winners to let them know they have won a raffle item.

• NOTE: When selling the tickets, make a note of the ticket numbers (first and last) on the purchasers string of tickets. Note their name and phone number. If they are at the Venue they can pick up their winning raffle item immediately, Otherwise call them and they have until 5 PM to pick up their item. So we need volunteers that can stick around until 5 PM.
